About Me
Hi! My name is Janine. I have been teaching group exercise for over 25 years. I am currently an AFAA Fitness Practitioner, ACE Certified Group Exercise Instructor, FiTour Certified Pilates, Advanced Pilates and Yoga Instructor and Zumba as well as Zumbatomic licensed. I presently teach Zumba for the CHRISTUS Louisiana Athletic Club in Bossier City and for Fitness World in Shreveport. I have worked for CHRISTUS Schumpert since 1992 as an Exercise Tech and Personal Trainer and I am currently the Programming Specialist for the Wellness Center. I have always been active and love dancing to music. Thanks to Zumba I can do both! Come join me, get fit and have fun!
